Verifizierter Kauf
I will advise every potential buyer not to buy from this seller moebelando. After fixing the bed, I realised the bed wasn’t stable so I sent in a return request. Moebelando replied to my return request that they cannot accept my return with the flimsy excuse that I HAVE ALREADY SET UP THE BED AND USE IT. So my question is, if I don’t set up the bed how will I know whether the bed is good or not? And in this case I have had the bed for just a week. Within this whole week, I slept on the bed once and I didn’t sleep the whole night on the bed because the bed fell at night. I’m not trying to convince anyone not to buy from this seller but before you decide to buy from them, just pray your order comes without a fault because if it does, they will not accept it back. There are a lot of beautiful furniture on Otto that you can choose from but try your best to buy from other sellers and not this seller Moebelando. Now I’m left with a semi-functioning bed.
