Collision detection not working.

The positive points are the good build quality and the price. It's relatively easy to assemble, it's solid and even at the highest level it does not shake. The screws that they provide to the package are for 2.5cm boards so if you plan to use it with thinner boards you either have to buy some smaller screws as well or buy ring washers (Underlegscheiben) that fit the screws. The electronics on the other hand doesn't meet the expectations. The collision detection simply doesn't work in both directions. With my chair directly under the metal arm (either of them) the table continues to move downwards even when it reaches the point where my board forms more than a 15 degrees angle!!!! The table also keeps moving up even when I place my whole weight over it and I am quite heavy. I called the customer service and they admitted the the collision detection function is pretty lame for this model and suggested to set instead a minimum and a maximum height!!!!!!! Lastly the memory buttons. The surprise is that you have to keep pressing the memory button till the table reaches the saved position instead of simply pressing once.
