I regret to say that my experience with your product and customer service has been extremely disappointing. When I reached out about the missing parts, the response provided no concrete solution, only vague assurances. I wholeheartedly advise others against purchasing this product due to its poor quality and the lack of satisfactory customer service. It has proven to be a waste of time and resources.
