In partner management, we take care of our partners and want to enable them to have the best possible experience with our marketplace. We do this by constantly optimizing our B2B processes and further developing our digital partner portal OTTO Brand Connect. Our partner management teams

In our department, we work in individual teams to develop OTTO Market and to coordinate and support the live operations of external partners. We work together to ensure that each team member can work as independently as possible to reach his or her full potential.

Our teamwork is characterized by our heterogeneity. We are aware that this is the basis for personal development and learning from each other. We are looking for people with a high level of commitment and personal responsibility, analytical thinking, strong communication skills and, above all, fun at work!

Analysis & Strategy

In terms of content, the Analysis & Strategy team is essentially characterized by the three pillars of Analytics (Business Analytics & Controlling), Compliance Management (Legal & Tax, B2B Fraud, etc.) and Business Development. Based on the platform vision, we develop and implement method-based solution concepts taking into account opportunities for OTTO Market and OTTO.

Typical tasks are:

  • Development and provision of KPI and control tools
  • Analysis of data and derivation of measures
  • Economic management of the marketplace
  • Contract management and interface to group law
  • Development and perspective operational mapping of partner risk management
  • Development, support and responsibility of strategic initiatives

Processes for Partner Offers
Here, everything revolves around the technical and professional enablement of the partner to list and manage his offer on otto.de. We make this possible by, among other things, communicating directly with the partner via telephone and e-mail and coordinating and further developing interfaces between the partner, technical service providers and OTTO Market IT. Thus, we represent the central 1st and 2nd level support for the partner.

Typical tasks are:

  • Connection of new partners (coordination of milestones and system-side connection of partners to our IT systems)
  • Partner support after going live
  • Ensuring stable data transfer processes
  • Providing solutions for a wide range of issues related to going live
  • Presentation of partner products on otto.de
  • Process and project management for product data
  • Data quality and product liability for partner articles

Supply Chain
It is important to us that our employees can combine their work and private life as effortlessly as possible. That's why you can choose to support us from 65 hours to 130 hours a month, five days a week.We take care of the setup, development and management of logistics services for our partner products. Thus, we are responsible for flows of goods, information & people and work for example on order writing, track & trace and our returns portal.

Typical tasks are:

  • Delivery services & offers
  • Development/implementation of logistics concepts
  • Interface management
  • Process monitoring incl. KPI development/implementation

Brand Connect

Our department is responsible for setting up and developing the digital portal for partners (OTTO Brand Connect) and for partner development under OTTO Market. The department is divided into the two task areas of Product Management and Partner Development. Further topics are lead generation, strategic selection of core assortments and B2B positioning/marketing.

Concrete tasks are the communicative and organizational expansion of the partner portal Brand Connect. This involves the further development, presentation and marketing of OTTO Market and OTTO Brand Connect - both internally and externally to the partner. This includes designing and analyzing marketing and mail campaigns.
