Flexibility and mobile working

  • We work from home, from the OTTO campus, and from anywhere in Germany where we can create ideal conditions for our work. In collaboration sprints, each team defines individually how hybrid collaboration should look like.
  • Working where others go on holiday? No problem. With Workation, you can work for us from another European country for up to 30 days per calendar year.
  • We want to support you in organising your own working hours, which is why you can now work part-time (80%) in any management position. There is also the option of job sharing - which means you share a position.

  • Our comprehensive onboarding program ensures you a smooth start in one of our diverse teams.
  • Your personal development is particularly important to us. That's why we offer you a wide range of individual training courses from the OTTO Academy, coaching, mentoring or digital learning platforms such as Masterplan or Udemy. Health and prevention

  • We support you in staying healthy. Our health management provides on-site medical care.
  • Our psychosocial counseling supports you in overcoming problems or dealing with stressful situations - completely anonymously.
  • Sailing, e-sports or maybe triathlon? Our colleagues can choose from 30 company sports from the fields of sport and culture to find the one that best suits their interests and everyday working life.
  • Mindful@OTTO also offers mindfulness and stress management courses as well as a meditation room to deal with the challenges of the working world.

Mobility

  • As an employee, you only pay 30 euros per month for the Deutschlandticket instead of 49 euros. Apprentices can already travel with the Deutschlandticket for 28 euros a month.
  • If you come to work by car, we offer free parking spaces and e-charging stations.
  • Our campus also has a StadtRAD (city bike), a MOIA stop and bicycle parking spaces.

Compensation & additional offers

  • You will receive a vacation and Christmas bonus as well as the option of a company pension.
  • All our colleagues can shop at otto.de with a 15% employee discount from the OTTO retailer. There is also an attractive staff discount for selected otto group companies.

Campus life

  • Our social spaces provide you with ample of room to work on projects in a quiet atmosphere or to have coffee and exchange ideas with colleagues.
  • As a guest at our colleagues' places - our OTTO-Kochwerk provides you with delicious food every day, whether it's in our cafeteria or in the bistros. In summer, our food truck also serves savory dishes.
