Marleen is HR Manager in Recruitment and is responsible for the selection of new e-commerce and campus service colleagues. You can get to know Marleen better in the interview.
My path at OTTO began with an internship during my psychology studies - even then in recruitment. In the years that followed, I was responsible for and supported many topics and projects in the recruitment and HR area at OTTO. A central topic was always diagnostics. Currently, I am focusing on recruiting e-commerce and campus service profiles.
After all these years, I still enjoy coming to work every morning. And I really appreciate my colleagues and the friendly atmosphere. There are some pretty cool people working here. As a company or employer, OTTO has always given me opportunities to learn new things, take on responsibility and grow.
I recommend that you consciously take a close look at yourself. Reflecting on successes and failures, personal drivers and/or your own comfort zone may make you look at yourself from a different perspective. Authenticity and honesty from all sides is always in the foreground for me. Nobody expects a perfect interview or a perfect candidate.
With openness and the courage to address topics that are less representative. We really want to get to know the people who want to be a part of OTTO and are happy when rough edges come out. It also convinces me when candidates get to grips with the potential new job and bring questions with them.
Then feel free to add me on XING.
