LASCANA is one of Germany's leading multichannel providers of lingerie, sleepwear and swimwear and is a brand of the Otto Group. For our 26 own stores and over 1,200 shop-in-shops in well-known department stores in Germany and abroad as well as LASCANA online stores in seven countries, we are always looking for your support, especially in retail. Depending on the position, LASCANA's retail tasks vary. However, you can expect a varied job in an innovative and expanding store concept. You will be responsible for providing customers with expert advice and helping them to find the lingerie or swimwear that suits them best. You will be able to use your flair for fashion and trends. You will also be responsible for creating an attractive merchandise display and the checkout area. We are always open to new ideas on how we can improve existing processes. As a Store Manager, you will also be responsible for staffing and shift planning.
What you need
With a high degree of reliability and motivation, you will be a great addition to our teams at LASCANA locations across the country. Are you able to approach customers with confidence and give them targeted advice? No problem for you. You are flexible with your working hours and are willing to help out temporarily during peak times or bottlenecks. In addition to a flair for fashion, you should enjoy retail sales and have some experience in the lingerie or clothing industry. Many of our retail positions are available as mini-jobs or part-time positions. This means that you have time for other activities in your life, be it your family, your studies or other.
