About me

Hello! We’re Aemilia and Svenja from the Check’n’Swarm team in OTTO IT, where we focus on team diagnostics. Svenja is a Senior Agile Master and Product Owner, and Aemilia is a Team Diagnostic Specialist. Together with our team, we’ve built a tool that helps OTTO’s tech teams regularly and consistently assess their effectiveness, performance, and working environment. Our approach is grounded in an evidence-based team development model, developed in-house and informed by state-of-the-art frameworks, so teams can identify where they stand and improve in a targeted, well-founded way.
