Grund\u00ads\u00e4tz\u00adlich kommt Flash-Spei\u00adcher heu\u00adte in zahl\u00adrei\u00adchen Sys\u00adte\u00admen zum Ein\u00adsatz. Die Tech\u00adnik beschreibt digi\u00adta\u00adle Spei\u00adcher\u00adbau\u00adstei\u00adne, die eine nicht\u00adfl\u00fcch\u00adti\u00adge Spei\u00adche\u00adrung erm\u00f6g\u00adli\u00adchen. Was zun\u00e4chst kom\u00adpli\u00adziert klingt, ist rela\u00adtiv ein\u00adfach erkl\u00e4rt. Ein digi\u00adta\u00adler Spei\u00adcher sichert Daten nicht abtast\u00adbar, etwa in Form einer Dis\u00adket\u00adte oder CD, son\u00addern in Zah\u00adlen\u00adrei\u00adhen. \u201eNicht\u00adfl\u00fcch\u00adtig\u201c bedeu\u00adtet, dass die Daten auch dann erhal\u00adten blei\u00adben, wenn das damit aus\u00adge\u00adstat\u00adte\u00adte Ger\u00e4t nicht in Betrieb oder mit Strom ver\u00adsorgt ist. Ein gutes Bei\u00adspiel f\u00fcr sol\u00adchen Spei\u00adcher ist etwa ein USB-Stick, der ja schlie\u00df\u00adlich auch ohne Anschluss an einen Rech\u00adner, das Strom\u00adnetz und ohne eine Aus die\u00adsem Gedan\u00adken ent\u00adstand schlie\u00df\u00adlich auch UFS: Unter der Lei\u00adtung der JEDEC Solid Sta\u00adte Tech\u00adno\u00adlo\u00adgy Asso\u00adcia\u00adti\u00adon, fr\u00fc\u00adher \u201e<strong>J<\/strong>oint <strong>E<\/strong>lec\u00adtron <strong>D<\/strong>evice <strong>E<\/strong>ngi\u00adnee\u00adring <strong>C<\/strong>oun\u00adcil\u201c, schlos\u00adsen sich Nokia, Micron Tech\u00adno\u00adlo\u00adgy, Sam\u00adsung, Sony Erics\u00adson, Span\u00adsi\u00adon, STMi\u00adcroele\u00adtro\u00adnics und Texas Instru\u00adments zusam\u00admen, um einen uni\u00adver\u00adsel\u00adlen Stan\u00addard zu entwickeln.<\/p>\n<p>Bereits im Jahr 2011 ent\u00adstand des\u00adsen ers\u00adte markt\u00adrei\u00adfe Ver\u00adsi\u00adon. Zun\u00e4chst ging es nur um den Spei\u00adcher selbst, der fest ver\u00adbaut vor allem in Mobil\u00adge\u00adr\u00e4\u00adten wie Smart\u00adphones, Tablets, Note\u00adbooks, Digi\u00adtal\u00adka\u00adme\u00adras und mehr zum Ein\u00adsatz kommt. F\u00fcnf Jah\u00adre sp\u00e4\u00adter erreich\u00adte auch eine Spei\u00adcher\u00adkar\u00adte den Markt. Sie \u00e4hnelt einer microSD-Kar\u00adte, mit Aus\u00adker\u00adbun\u00adgen in For\u00admen einer Haiflos\u00adse und eines Buckels. Den Durch\u00adbruch haben die UFS-Spei\u00adcher\u00adkar\u00adten, zumin\u00addest au\u00dfer\u00adhalb des Sam\u00adsung-Kos\u00admos, aber bis\u00adher noch nicht so rich\u00adtig Das Unter\u00adneh\u00admen stell\u00adte im M\u00e4rz 2020 sei\u00adnen eUFS-Spei\u00adcher der Ver\u00adsi\u00adon 3.1 vor. Der kommt mit dem Wri\u00adte Boos\u00adter auf bis zu 1.200 MB\/s beim Schrei\u00adben.
