In our innovative and interactive two-day starter event we present the Otto Group to you and help you get to know our objectives and alignment. In a relaxed atmosphere you’ll learn all about the most important areas and guiding principles of our company, such as corporate responsibility, networking and e-commerce. You'll be working on the topic of ‘Research at OTTO’ in a team, and will present your results at the end.
Each journey begins with the first few steps – and this includes your own journey forward at OTTO. We have developed the Customer Orientation Live! programme to help you here. This is a special onboarding programme that brings you closer to our most important asset, our customers. We want to inspire them time and time again – and always exceed their expectations. Over nine exciting days, committed presenters and trainers will be giving you deep insights and a comprehensive picture of our business.
