Here, over 20 dedicated young managers constantly work on developing new sustainable solutions for the whole Group. We are closely integrated into the Group through our daily work, delivering expertise and innovation wherever the Group needs it. As the ‘official networkers’ of the Group we are building an informal, hierarchy-free expert network for and with all Otto Group staff worldwide. We work in close partnership with the Otto Group’s individual companies and are responsible for a large number of cross-company functions and tasks within the Group. Some examples are the Group-wide collaboration platform ottogroupnet, Domain and Brand Management, and the internal Group Directives and Policies.

As a new member of the Knowledge Management team you can expect fascinating project work with interesting colleagues and an international working atmosphere. You should be confident in your dealings with people from different cultures and countries, have high-level communication skills and be able to make full use of your analytical and design/creative skills while working independently to a significant extent. You have completed your university studies, hold an excellent degree in economics, humanities, or science – and some initial work experience would be very welcome. Extensive experience abroad, ideally in more than one country, and fluency in written and spoken business English along with good knowledge of other languages such as French or Spanish would make you a top applicant for Knowledge Management.
