You’ll be trained in the segments of Category Management (Fashion & Lifestyle Purchasing), Customer Management, Marketing/Advertising, Logistics, Warehousing, E-Commerce, Human Resources as well as in Finance and Accounting.
For this profession, we’re looking for people with a talent for communication. If service is not just a word but more like an attitude for you, and you enjoy giving advice and searching for the best-possible solution, then you’re precisely the candidate we’re looking for.
At our Customer Relations Center in Germany we’ll offer you direct customer contact with a range of administrative and highly responsible activities. You’ll gain fundamental business knowledge here, plus a lot of other expertise in a wide variety of areas. Love sports, but also want to learn a ‘real’ occupation? With OTTO you can combine your passion with training as a commercial specialist!
What can you expect here? A fitness studio, where you will be responsible for keeping things running smoothly, providing support and advice on OTTO’s sports and exercise offerings – and a whole lot more. And naturally we’ll also train you on all of the commercial and organisational basics.
Love working with computers? Then send us your application for an IT Specialist position, with either a system-integration or an application-development focus.
In Application Development, the focus will be on developing, programming and rolling out software and its applications. In System Integration you’ll learn how to plan, configure and administer OTTO’s IT systems.
Love working with computers – and in a team? Interested in the commercial side of things as well as the technology? Then we’re interested in YOU!
As a trainee you’ll learn all of the commercial essentials. You’ll create and maintain databases and IT-related projects, and in the practical part of your traineeship you’ll learn about purchasing, sales & distribution, marketing/advertising, import/transport, warehousing, e-commerce, human resources management, finance and accounting – all from an IT point of view.
You not only love cooking but also have a genuine talent for it. Would you like to turn your talent into a career? Then come on over to OTTO!
Here, however, you won’t simply be tied to the oven – you’ll also learn how to plan and organise meals, create and present the products, as well as how to treat guests. You’ll also get hands-on with key training topics such as merchandise management, advertising and sales promotion.
What do you do if there’s a power cut? How many power outlets does a department need? And which systems need regular maintenance?
During your traineeship as an Electronics Technician for Building and Infrastructure Systems you’ll learn what needs to be done to make everyday work go smoothly for your colleagues from an ‘electronic’ point of view.
