Schon 13% der Deutschen<\/a> nutzen regelm\u00e4\u00dfig diese Ger\u00e4te, in den USA lautet die Prognose bis Ende 2020\u00a021,6 Millionen User<\/a>. Seit 2016 arbeiten wir bei Otto schon auf diesem Gebiet und treiben die Entwicklungen weiter mit voran um die Customer Journey noch einfacher zu gestalten. 65% der Smart Speaker Nutzer*innen<\/a> k\u00f6nnen sich vorstellen \u00fcber ihr Ger\u00e4t Online Shopping zu betreiben. Au\u00dferdem haben wir eine der ersten E-Commerce Actions f\u00fcr den Google Assistant in Deutschland gelaunched. Fragen wie etwa: \u201eWann kommt mein Paket?\u201c werden \u00fcber die Smart Speaker beantwortet. Sogar bieten wir auch schon das \u201eAngebot des Tages\u201c<\/strong> an. Dieses kann direkt \u00fcber diese Ger\u00e4te gekauft werden!<\/p>\n
